Parking and Bicycle Parking

The Parking Garage at 50 California Street can be reached at 415 956 5555.

The entrance to the parking garage is located on Sacramento Street. The garage provides valet parking Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. After hours, monthly parking customers may access the garage at any time using their security access card at the reader located at the garage entry. An intercom located next to the garage access reader also provides a direct line to Security should you experience problems trying to access the garage (applies to monthly parking customers only). Pedestrian access to the garage is from the main lobby via the last elevator on the left in the mid-rise elevator bank.

Daily Parking
The garage is open to daily parking customers Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Designated parking spaces for disabled individuals are located both in the garage and on California Street.

$3.00 for 15 minutes
$30.00 per day (maximum)

Monthly and Visitor Parking
We are currently accepting Monthly Parking applications for consideration. Please contact the Garage Manager at 415 956 5555 for more information.

$435.00 per month

Parking Validations
For your convenience, the garage sells parking validation stamps. Click here to see Tenant Charges for current rates. Books may be purchased in the garage by company check made payable to Central Parking.

$600.00 for 20 all day stamps
$300.00 for 100 15-minute stamps

7’-0’ Clearance: Please be advised that 50 California St Garage is not able to accommodate High Top Van accessibility due to its low clearance.

Bicycle racks are available in the parking garage.  Please find the bicycle waiver form on the Forms Section of MRI Angus (http://www.srstenantportal.com/).  If you would like bike cage access, please complete the form and return to the Building Management Office, Suite 1625 or call 415 956 5550.
